DUBAI IN 2020?

15-Oct-2012

The Dubai dream is not over yet as many had predicted at the beginning of the global financial meltdown. The vision of a Dynamic leader and the strong will of the government of Dubai to be recognized as the finest modern city in the world have led to ongoing developmental work in real estate, infrastructure and services.

The crowds are returning back even as the wheels of the construction industry has begun to turn. The recent exhibitions and its attendance are evidence of the scale of investment opportunities in the city.

Further, global market players are once again eyeing Dubai as their head office for their Middle East and Asian operations; this in itself is expected to boost the real estate sector again. Only this time round Dubai is ready with its world class infrastructure to cater to the world.

As the employment opportunities begin to steadily rise and as education, tourism and health service industries are making a strong comeback and even as we celebrate the positive aspects of this great city, is there something we don’t know?

We at Rehvach City Homes would like to know your views as an investor on Dubai’s future and your expectations from Dubai by the year 2020.

Dubai is always a best place to invest in properties, you can find your investing safe and the return on investment is much better than other parts of the world and today current marker2012 the prices have being not only got stable but its increased which was recently experienced in the recent launch of EMAAR property PANORMA in The Greens which was fully sold out in its first day on launch

@Sharita ,well i guess that is true to some extent due to the inability to tranfer funds out of iran due to sanctions, maybe they will find some other way to put in the money.

Nice site. My family has just arrived recently and we are planning to stay in Dubai, if God permits, like minimum of 10 years from now, so i have a lot of pleasant things in my mind concerning this land by the year 2020 because I can feel more beautiful things has come already. Enjoying the great employment this country has offered me, in five years now and counting.. let these good things continue to happen to everyone who deserves. God bless Dubai and whole UAE!

Great website to explore solid investment opportunities. Dubai seems to be happening again. It is intriguing that the impact on real estate due to financial harships in Iran has been reported to be moderate even though Iran is one of Dubai's major trading partners.
